You know, I was gonna write on Tuesday and tell you how I’m on sewing restriction because I injured a tendon in my left wrist by hand piecing – bending my wrist in a very odd way. I felt it when I strained it but I kept on sewing (isn’t that what addicts/passionate stubborn people do?) without a care in the world. I was going to share that.
This is the picture that I was going to share which shows the general (not exact) location of the injury.

I was going to tell you about the medical treatment plan and explain in further detail exactly how this whole thing happened. I changed my mind. Why bother with all that. You’re a quilter, you’ve heard of things like this.
All I need to say is I can’t sew! They say 6-8 weeks. We’ll see on that. I should mention typing doesn’t help so not only is my quilting life impacted but my on-line life is hindered as well.
Still, I can’t help but play with the fabric. I’ve found the best fabric combo’s in my stash and the absolute must-do projects! I’m in the mood to do THIS ONE then I think maybe I’ll start THAT ONE. Oh yeahhh baby, the inspiration and desire is over-the-top and by the way, can I bottle this for later?
