It’s in the oven today, cooking. I like the fabrics in this one and I enjoy piecing it right now. I just can’t quite imagine how its going to turn out. Still, I thought I’d keep going. The inspiration came from a quilt I found on Pinterest. The image links back to Pieceful Kwilter. If you read you’ll note where she picked it up. You can visit her if you click—>  here to see the post. Her quilt dates to the 70′s. It screams 1970′s actually. Its very cool.

Now that we’re sliding into a new season, its time to get back to work on my ripple afghan for me the cats ( Speaking of…if you crochet and want to see something pretty take a look at this link from June 2011 –> Coco Rose Diaries ). I thought crochet could be a nice break today after I worked on laying out my Carpenters Wheel quilt most of the morning. That’s now in the oven, cooking.
