I’m in the midst of adding my stop border to the Civil War Tribute/Shop Quilt. Apparently I inspect my sewing sometimes. Who knew? There were actually three spots like this. Would you fix this? It’s a border seam. I thought it through. I realized I’m really curious what ya’ll might do with this.

That is an easy fix. I would have taken care of it.
I’d probably take it out and resew it, especially since it’s for a shop sample. It’s not horrible, though!
If the seam was sound and it didn’t affect the front i’d leave it. If it was for a shop i’d undo that bit and re-sew it. I bet you re-did it!Hugs.
I would have taken the seam out ONLY if it was because the seam would fail. Yours looks like it had a generous amount and it would have likely held fine once quilted.Have you heard about Quilting Rule#596 Article A Section B which states that all quilts should be viewed on a galloping horse no closer than a half mile distance and if you can spot the error then and only then should you go back and fix it.We don’t have horses, but the goats don’t seem to mind…much!Just kidding…of course you have to do what makes your heart sing.hugs!
Fix it. You would, too.n, np
I would fix it. You know you are gonna do it too!
Ehhhh… what’s the problem here? I don’t see anything that I would have felt I needed to fix, and I hope you didn’t either!
me too!!
I would definitely fix it.
if you click on the pictures to look at them full-size you can see the problem. if it were me….i’d probably fix that section….
I can’t see the problem either — is your seam off a smidgen or something?
I looked again & don’t see the problem…. SERIOUSLY!
I would not have fixed it, but I bet you did.
